As a child, whenever I would hear my mom say ‘I’ve had it up to here with your behavior’, I knew she meant business. Moms are lovely, supportive beings, but you definitely don’t want to mess with them. As it turns out, this is true regardless of their specie. In the video below, a momma bear literally shakes down her cub from a tree, after the pup refuses to get down on its own. At first, the mother bear rocks the fragile tree back-and-forth. When that doesn’t deliver results, she climbs the tree herself which makes the tree snap, and she and her cub land on the ground. Everything took place at the Bärengraben Park in Switzerland.
