The woman in the video below learned how to communicate with deaf people by attending classes The American School for the deaf. After she retired, she wanted to pass the skill forward and teach sign language to some unusual students: her cats! Many people are sure this is an impossible mission for obvious reasons, but the woman is convinced cats are intelligent enough to be able to learn sign language.
