Pentatonix puts a unique spin on “Hallelujah,” and it’s absolutely chilling

This can’t be the first time you hear about Pentatonix. But just in case it is, you should know they are an American a cappella group from Arlington, Texas. The group consist of five extremely talented vocalists: Avi Kaplan, Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Mitch Grassi.

They’ve started posting acapella videos of them on YouTube back in 2011, and slowly started forming an audience of their own who appreciated their unique voiced and their interpretation of popular songs.

What’s so special about this group is the way they manage to give new life to songs that already have a musical identity and really make them their own. Of course, their unique style is perfectly complemented by their incredible voices that, despite being extremely different, blend perfectly together.

But enough talk! You can watch the video below that shows them do an incredible rendition of a song that everybody knows “Hallelujah.” They really managed to make it sound like an entirely different song!

Also, trust us, you’ll want to listen to this song on repeat. And you’ll want to share it with all of your friends and family. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

If you like it, share the joy! Make someone’s day better!
