Kids want to say goodbye to navy father who’s leaving on duty. Then cop hands them a speaker

It’s never easy saying goodbye to someone you love, even if it’s just for a little while. But the kids in the video below had some unexpected help saying bye to their dad, and the story is going vital.
You see, the children’s dad is in the Navy, which means they constantly have to say goodbye to him as he leaves for duty. But this time, it was special. That’s because the kids got help from a kind police officer.
4-year-old Rileigh and 2-year-old Austin were at the harbor in San Diego with their mom to wave to the ship their dad was in as it left.
However, one cop decided to step in. He let the kids use the speakers on his patrol car to send a farewell message to their dad as his navy ship was starting to distance itself from the shore, and it’s a moment the kids, as well as their dad will most likely never forget.
Sure, it’s not exactly legal to let a civilian use the patrol car, but I think it’s safe to say there won’t be any claims filed against this kindhearted police officer.
This the definitely the kind of story you’ll want to share with all of your friends and family online.
