Glen Campbell’s Son Sings His Father’s Song As A Tribute – And It’s Leaving Tears In Everyone’s Eyes

Everyone knows Glen Campbell as the incredible voice behind 21 Top 40 hits including “Rhinestone Cowboy,” “Wichita Lineman” and “By the Time I Get to Phoenix.” During his impressive career that spans across decades, Glen has touched the hearts of millions of people from across the world with his art and talent.
Sadly, Glenn Campbell passed away earlier in August 2017 at age 81. The famous singer and actor had previously been diagnosed with Alzheimer disease.
“I’m Not Gonna Miss You” was the last song Glen has recorded. The song talks about the struggles and challenges that come with living with Alzheimer and the debilitating impact it has on the mind, as well as the body.
As a tribute to his father and him facing the disease with grace and strength, his son Shannon Campbell decided to record his own version of the song in the attic of his home in Nashville. It’s an emotional performance that will most likely bring tears to your eyes, so don’t forget to get some tissues before you hit play.
