Loyal dog jumps on ambulance to follow her dad to the hospital

When it comes to faithfulness and loyalty, nothing compares with a dog’s soul. The affection and devotion a dog offers to his human is definitely something unseen on Earth. After all, they’re called men’s best friend for a reason. But even so, dogs never stop amazing us!

Anderson Bahi from from Brazil was driving home when witnessed that completely melted his heart. A loving pup just jumped on the ambulance that was taking his owner to the hospital. Apparently the senior man took his pup out for a walk, when he suddenly started to feel sick and eventually passed out on the ground. Shortly after an ambulance arrived at the scene, but it was the man’s dog that offered a truly heartwarming moment of affection and faithfulness.

“I was passing in my car when I saw an ambulance stopped on the other side of the road,” Anderson told THE DODO. “The love this dog has for her owner is something very special. A faithful love.”

As soon as the sick man got into the ambulance, the first responders noticed his dog, so they eventually left her in to sit next to her human and comfort him. But, the dog loyalty didn’t stop here. Once they got to the hospital, the man was immediately taken inside for investigation. However, since animals are not allowed into the hospital, the devoted pup needed to remain outside. And so she did. The adorable dog sit there, in front of the hospital waiting for his best friend to return.

The photos of the faithful dog have soon made rounds on social media, so when Maria Lúcia Muniz, a local rescuer, learned about the touching story, she immediately went to the hospital in order to feed the dog and eventually sheltering her overnight. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary as the dog’s owner stayed less than an hour at thehospital, until he and his special four-legged companion returned home. “It was very emotional,” Maria told The Dodo. “But thank God, the owner was only hospitalized for 45 minutes. His family arrived to take him and his dog home.”
