An Entire Courtroom Dressed Up As Disney Princesses For This Girl’s Adoption Hearing

With all the bad things happening in the world right now, it’s nice to be able to share a story that actually highlights the good in people.
Five-year-old Danielle Koning from Grand Rapids, Michigan, has been living with her foster parents since three years ago. During all this time, they’ve really formed an incredible bond and realized that together, they are a family. Adopting the little girl and another one-year-old girl, Neveah just seemed like the right decision, since they were already living like a family. Recently, the family attended a final court hearing to adopt Danielle to make sure all the legal aspects are taken care of. But it wasn’t your usual adoption hearing.
You see, just like most girls her age, Danielle loves Disney princesses. She has a bunch of princess dolls, posters, clothes, and every other thing you can think of. But nothing compares to being able to see the princesses in real life, talking to them and hugging them. That’s why Danielle’s foster care case worker decided to make her final day in court extra special. To do so, she got more people involved and convinced everyone in court to dress up as Disney princesses and prince.
