It’s true that dogs can’t talk in the same way humans can, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have anything to say. The dog in the video below has plenty to say to his owners, but hasn’t quite managed to find the best way to communicate his thoughts.
In this viral video hit, Cody the dog screams its head off and the end result is hilarious! Unfortunately, there’s no way of knowing what was the exact reason the dog was screaming about, but I assume his owners showed him the electricity bill, or any other bill, for that matter.
I can’t think of another explanation, since this adorable fella sure look happy and healthy. Moreover, he seems calm enough at the start of the video. However, when worked up into a frenzy by his owners, the Maltese turns into an entirely different dog and unleashes a barrage of screams that would scare the bejesus out of anyone trying to set foot in the house.
