They might not be the fastest runners, but that doesn’t mean tortoises can’t think fast. In fact, tortoises are very smart creatures. They have their own personality and are capable of finding ingenious solutions to whatever problems or obstacles they might face. For the tortoise in the video below, a door stopping him from entering the house whenever he pleased was an obstacle. But he managed to find a solution and surprised his owners with how smart he is. Their owners even installed a camera to show everybody how their tortoise managed to open a sliding door all by himself. Watch:
