This is the annual ‘wife carrying’ championships. Tag a couple who’d be great at this!

Being in relationship involves having a lot of trust and respect for your significant other. It takes a lot of patience and constantly listening to what your partner wants from the relationship. But you also have to maintain your independence and personality for the relationship to be successful.
Also, you have to take responsibility for your own actions and not blame your partner for your bad decision-making. More metaphorically speaking, you have to carry your own weight. But there are some exceptions to the rule, and this one-of-a-kind contest that takes place every year in Finland is one of them.
You see, the rules of the competition actually involve men carrying their wives on their shoulders with the goal of setting the fastest time over the 250 meters long assault course.
The most popular way of carrying the women is called the ‘Estonian’ method and involves the wives wrapping their legs around the man’s head and hanging upside-down behind them. And, as you can probably tell from this description, it’s downright hilarious.
If you need a good laugh just about now, this is the video for you. As always, we encourage you to spread the joy and share this with others.
