Even though there are millions of dogs in animal shelters who are waiting to be adopted and find a happy home, puppy mills that often keep dogs in inhumane conditions are still making a huge profit. Companion Animal Placement Program (CAPP) in Albany, New York posted a video in which they show the precious reactions of the dogs they have rescued from a puppy mill. The organization managed to free no less than seventeen dogs that now have another chance at happiness. The dogs’ reactions as they step outside their cages for the first time are just priceless.
