According to scientists, the more you hang out with mom, the longer she’ll live

As teenagers, most of us would rather spend time with our friends than with our parents. Then, as we slowly make our way into adulthood, those moments we get to spend time with our moms and dads become rarer and rarer. We treasure every second we spend we them, but unfortunately, as we grow older and have more and more responsibilities we need to take care of, it becomes harder and harder to make time.
But the moment we have with our moms is limited; that’s just the sad truth. So it’s important to spend as much time with them as we can. It actually be more important than we think.
Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, conducted a study that revealed that the more you hang out with your parents and grandparents, the longer they’ll live. The study showed that loneliness plays a major role in aging, controlling for other factors. The study revealed nearly a 10% difference in mortality due to loneliness.
We human are social creatures and we need people who love and understand us in our lives to be healthy and happy. So this makes sense, don’t you think?
