Maine Coons are known for being the largest domestic cat breed. Big boned and muscular, these cats can reach up to 40 inches in length and weigh as much as a small toddler. However, the Maine Coon in the video below definitely takes thing to a whole new level.
With different colored eyes, Tihon is not your ordinary cat. However, its distinctive eye color is not the first thing people notice about him. That’s because this cat from Moscow is pretty much a giant compared to its fellow domestic cats.
However, despite its impressive size, Tihon is a big softie who just wants to cuddle every chance he gets. “He likes to sit in my arms all the time. He doesn’t like to be alone, and always follows me wherever I go, even the bathroom,” said Tihon’s mom in a recent interview.
The woman rescued Tihon, and the two have been inseparable ever since. Tihon is not the family’s only cat, but he doesn’t seem to mind the competition. Despite his impressive physique, the Maine Coon is not interesting in taking advantage of his size to play any power games.
In fact, he allows the other, much smaller cat, to be the boss in the house.
